The early days of Serendipity were lonely. None knew its impact on R&D, Projects and Daily Life

The word Innovation is subject to inflation. Almost every minor change nowadays is called Innovation.

The BSI therefor introduces a new word "QLinnovation" meaning a Quantum Leap Innovation, an abrupt change, sudden increase, or dramatic advance.

Examples of QLinnovations are:

- the double slit experiment of Thomas Young in 1801

- the finite element method(FEM) in 1940

- the discovery of the transitor in 1947 by Walter Brittain & John Bardeen

- the discovery of the triangle Blue Efficiency-Serendipity-Project in combination with a time-bound goal by Alfred J. Bollebakker in 2006 at the Chevron building at Appelgaarde nr. 4, Voorburg. This discovery lead to the Blue Sky Index in 2014.

3-R&D: Generate new knowledge via Serendipity ( BSI ). Then implement and spread it via

FAIR TRADE Revenue Models.

Since the Discovery of the ESP-triangle in 2006 the method evaluated into the Blue Sky Index. It will change Projects, R&D and Daily Life. ( less energy use, easier daily life )
